Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for choosing California Glow Beauty. It is truly an honor to be trusted with your brows, lips, eyeliner, and other permanent makeup services.

 

To provide each client with the time and attention they deserve, all appointments are reserved with care and require advance preparation. For this reason, 72 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

 

While I always understand that genuine emergencies may happen, permanent makeup appointments involve a substantial time commitment and the reservation of a dedicated block in my schedule.

 

If you cancel within the 72-hour notice period and wish to rebook, your new appointment must be made within 48 hours of the cancellation, and a €200 deposit will be required to reserve your next appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your future service.

 

No-shows will be billed 100% of the booked service. 

Deposits can be made directly to my IBAN.
